GKE: Proposed Acquisition Of 39 Benoi Road For S$25.6 Million.

05 Mar 2013 10:52 GKE Corporation Limited wishes to announce that it has on 28 February 2013 entered into a memorandum of contract for the purchase of the property located at 39 Benoi Road, Singapore through a public auction sale by Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd as agents for and on behalf of Marine Acquisition (Singapore) Pte Ltd. The Property has a remaining JTC lease of 18 years ending 1 March 2031 and this lease will be assigned to the Company upon completion of the sale.
